Love the Honies and such a gorgeous colour to. In answer to the previous post, our decorations go up this weekend, we normally aim for the first weekend in December here in my house and we have an artificial one for the children who decorate it with their own kind of decorations, they just choose from the large box I have and then I theme my one, sometimes that one is real and sometimes artificial depending in recent years on how small my youngest is. The theme on my one is normally pinecones and red berries with red babules lol.
Thinking of you this morning and hope you are warm, safe and dry. Saw on the Weather Channel that you are getting pounded with rain and do hope you are okay.
Beautiful ... and it looks like they fit perfectly. I like my gloves snug not baggy. Cute Charlie Brown ornament too, although that tree looks a bit lush for him :)
Gorgeous, I love the colour and the yarn looks so soft. In answer to your question about what to give teen/adult in their advent calendar, I have bought earrings, lip balm, hair slides, rings, choc and sweets. X
Cute photos! Those look so soft and cheerful! Although I have to ask, does it ever get cold enough to wear them where you live (I honestly don't remember how the weather is there)?
Your mitts turned out awesome! Are you in love with them? I love wearing mine in the cold car in the mornings, and soon will be wearing them at work when the colder weather arrives --I love that I can type with them on. I enjoyed your holiday post--what a great weekend you had-and in answer to your question, we still go by a live tree but are waiting to find our favorite artificial tree on sale as we would like to make the transition over. :) *smiles* PS--I am about 1/2 way done with my windschief hat, and so far so good-I am using a MaddieTosh yarn and boy does that knit up well...
Those are beautiful mitts! The pattern around the wrist is so pretty. I just finished knitting some mitts with buttonhole thumbs. I like not having to go back and knit more on the thumb at the end. Plus, the mitts are for my coworker and the short thumbs will make it easier for her to type while she wears them.
Aloha and mahalo for taking a bit of time to read Knitspiring Odyssey. Please feel free to comment which will just send delightful tickles down my spine. Mahalo plenty to you and have a rainbow of a day!
